Blair's 16 Million Reserve is hot enough to make the Devil sweat.Blair's isn't a sauce, but pure "cap", or powdered capsaicin, the chemical compound that puts the heat in hot. On the Scoville Scale, which measures the hotness of peppers, Tabasco Sauce has a rating between 2,500 and 5,000. Compare that to pure capsaicin, which has a rating between 15,000,000 and 16,000,000. Yow! And Blair's isn't cheap, a 1 ml vial costs from $200 to more than $300 depending on its availability. Double yow!!
